Voice polls

Through the use of voice technology, we have developed various products and services for handling voice polls, prize draws and surveys, with the following features:

  • Ease of access to the service: the polls are configurable via web without the need to install any software.
  • High profitability:: the service can easily be added to prize games with a number of them paying games.
  • Automatic handling of the responses: the data gathered by the system are inserted into a database and can then be examined by any business intelligence application.
  • Continuous monitoring of the results: it is possible to follow the results in real time and make them available on any website.
  • Ease of use: it is possible to create a new poll in just a few minutes without the need for any technical qualification.
  • No training costs: the interface is immediate and intuitive and there is therefore no need for any kind of training.

Proximity marketing

DotVocal has designed a system which is based on traditional contact with the client through various advertising spaces (posters, inserts, television and radio ads, etc) in which a freephone number is indicated.

When the user calls, the system records the telephone number in a database without activating the call: therefore, there are no costs for the user or the company.

In this way, the telephone number is immediately usable in a targeted manner from that moment, but it is available and can also be used at a later date, for supplementary marketing campaigns or client loyalty schemes.

Application scenarios:

Some typical usage scenarios are:

  • Multiplex cinema: cinema trailers, daily or weekly programming, national premieres or special events. The SMS/MMS can even contain short advertisements.
  • Shopping center: discount vouchers for buying a product, together with a picture or video which details its features.
  • Trade Fair: map of the stands, conference and debate agendas, as well as the business cards of the speakers.
  • Tourist information: all information relevant to museum opening hours, the principal cultural events, exhibitions and conventions.
  • Useful information for the public, uch as: pharmacy opening, numbers of taxi companies, etc.
  • Radio, television and press campaigns: it is possible to publicise products and services, or carry out marketing using the classic channels.
